Neon Green and Flakies!!!

In honor of St. Patrick's Day soon approaching, I thought I'd do something green. Well, I guess this is technically turquoise. This is two coats of China Glaze Turned up Turquoise topped with two coats of Zoya Opal. Turned up Turquoise is very vibrant. In this picture without the flash, it almost looks like more of a bluish teal, but it's not. It's a neon and without topcoat, it has a matte finish. Zoya Opal is from the recent Fleck Effects collection. I just love flakies!!!

Turned Up Turquoise has some slight shimmer to it. You can see how bright it is here! I wore this over the weekend. I'm not quite comfortable enough to wear this at my new job yet

My second package from Trans Design came in today! Here I have three more from the Hunger Games Collection: Fast Track, Luxe and Lush (my favorite!), and Smoke and Ashes

To make the shipping worth it, I've added some other lemmings. New York Summer- Angel Kiss and Barielle- Buddah-ful and Elle's Spell (Both flakies!) These are my first purchases from these brands. I purchased Angel Kiss on a whim because it looked unique with the light pink and baby blue glitter. It was also $1.50 I believe, so I figured this brand was worth a try since I haven't heard a lot about it.

  2. I have had a ton of fun with Budda-ful. I grabbed 2 bottles of it as I have been stuck with being in love with a shade that Barielle released shades then 3 months later - gone. Many really have loved Elle's Spell for some time now. Glad you got the rest of your back order of the Hunger Games. I forget...you DID get Argo and Riveting right? Riveting is a MUST from that collection. I find myself just staring at my nails with it on...and it's on my toes right now...I don't want to take it off today and do a St. Patty's pedi I am sooo in love with looking down and seeing Riveting gleaming up at me!

    1. I'm so glad I finally got Elle's Spell and Budda-ful. They look so pretty. I've also been wanting to try out Barielle polishes for quite some time. I have Agro, but I still have to get Riveting. I figured that I'll hopefully find Riveting at Sally's or ULTA eventually because I would hate to spend the shipping on trans design if it's only for one bottle of polish. I could always check ebay too. I noticed a lot of auctions have free shipping. I can't wait to find it though! As for St. Paddy's Day, I'm going to wear just greens for the rest of the week! :)
