China Glaze- Glistening Snow

China Glaze- Glistening Snow was recently released as part of the Holiday Joy collection. It is composed of silver prismatic microglitter. I received many compliments on this and it is absolutely stunning!

This needed three coats to be opaque. China Glaze has come out with a few prismatic microglitter shades before. The ULTA exclusives from last year: Fireside Glow and Ultamate Holiday, I'm Not Lion and I Herd That from the On Safari collection, and also a couple from their new holiday collection such as Winter Holly. The texture was a little bit gritty due to the glitter, but it smoothed out well with a coat of each Seche Vite and Gelous.

China Glaze- Winter Holly

Here is China Glaze- Winter Holly from the newly-released Holiday Joy Collection. This is a great shade. It is a darker green micro glitter, filled with scattered holographic particles.

Since the glitter on this is so tiny, this needed three coats to be completely opaque. It definitely reminds me of a Christmas tree.

The wear time on this polish did not work well for me. I used a regular base coat, and some of it came off in sheets within 24 hours. This might wear longer on different people, but I didn't have the best experience. In terms of removal, it wasn't as difficult using pure acetone.

China Glaze- Ultamate Holiday

I cut my nails down a lot! It feels good though. Today I chose to wear China Glaze- Ultamate Holiday. This was one of the holiday exclusives at ULTA. I really like it. It's a light green that leans to the gold side. It is super glittery, and has so much prismatic/holo glitter. It is not exactly a holographic though. I would consider this a glitter.

In this picture, you can tell how gritty it is. The formula was good and I applied three coats. From the other pictures I've seen of this, it looked very smooth. I'm only wearing one coat of Seche Vite, but I probably could have added an additional one if I wanted to. I really like this color! I just love when ULTA has exclusive shades. They're usually unique, and I try my best to buy as many as I can. This shade doesn't really look exclusive to the holidays to me, so it doesn't bother me one bit that I'm wearing it during spring.
