This is Happy Hands- Lolita. It is a red jelly filled with medium sizes of red and yellow hex glitter as well as large pieces of red hex glitter.
I purchased this a few weeks ago from the Happy Hands Etsy Shop. This shade was a limited addition, but there are many great polishes to choose from in the shop. This had great coverage. I was thinking that since it was a jelly that it would need three coats; but it was fine with two.
With the flash, you can see the large red hexes and medium yellow hexes.
